Festival Date and Hours
The Vendors will be available August 28th 2021 – 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.
All Exhibitors must operate and staff their booths during all hours of the show.
Entry Guidelines and Disclaimers
Entry Fee will be $100 for 10×10 space, $150 for 10 x 20 space.
Completed applications must be received by August 1, 2021.
Vendor spaces are limited, we recommend you apply early to guarantee a spot.
Set up will begin at 8:00 a.m. on August 28. Take down will not be permitted before 5 p.m.
All work displayed is at the vendor’s own risk. South Niagara Canoe Club and the Welland International Flatwater Center are not responsible for theft or damage.
Certificate of insurance will be required.
Return of the entry form and payment signifies acceptance of these rules.
Receipts will be emailed to all vendors.
This is an outdoor festival- Shelter and tables will not be provided for your displays
Duties of the Organizer
Advertising – we will be advertising the vendors and sponsors in our marketing materials.
Proceeds from the Festival will go to the SNCC Hope Floats Breast Cancer Survivor Dragon Boat crew to help fund their entry and trip to New Zealand in March/April 2022 for the International Breat Cancer Survivor Dragon Boat Festival. SNCC Hope Floats and the Hope Floats Challenge gladly support Wellspring Niagara, our regional cancer support center which is free for all cancer patients and their supporters.
