SNCC's High Performance Dragon Boat Crew

More on the Warlocks

The Warlocks are a fun group of men & women, who all enjoy competitive paddling and pulling together as a team. A good place to start your investigation is on the FAQ page. Most of your common questions will be answered there.

In the summer months we practice, on the water, every Tuesday & Thursday evenings (6:30PM-8:00PM) and Saturday Mornings (10:00AM-11:30AM). We practice rain or shine. J

During the winter months we use the Welland Flatwater Center, each Saturday morning for training. This is a world-class facility and is used by various paddling & rowing teams.

There is no charge to come out and give Dragon Boating a try and meet the Warlocks team. We practice & train all year, so you can start any time.

We will provide you with a paddle, life-jacket and full instruction. Just dress to be on a boat (ie. running shoes / shorts & T-Shirt). Bring a water bottle, to use on the water, in the paddle tank or while working out.

Please let us know what practice day you will be attending and we will make sure there is someone to welcome you and show you around. Please try to arrive 30 minutes before a practice session begins to have plenty of time to get fitted with a paddle and life-jacket and be shown the basics of paddling.
