This webpage features options for Fitness Training. New to 2024, athletes at South Niagara Canoe Club (SNCC) can participate in Personal Training Sessions with Coach Öztürk Kuru. As well, athletes can use Pre-Recorded Workouts led by former Coach Gwen Vernon. Keep reading for more details.

South Niagara Canoe Club has pre-recorded workouts available on our YouTube Channel. Some require weights or exercise bands. But generally, they are all about 1 hour long and a great addition to your training routine.
