Dragons for All!!!

This inclusive 9 week dragon boat session is designed for Special Needs individuals, and their family and friends.

6:30 p.m. - 6:40 p.m.  -   A gentle warm up on land

6:40 p.m. -  6:45 p.m.  -   Load the boat(s) 

6:45 p.m.      -   A safety review including dragon boat commands and away we go!!!

6:45 p.m. -  7:45 p.m.    On the water we will learn the basics of paddling strokes.   Our focus will be fun, camaraderie, paddling technique, safety and fitness in the boat.  

7:45 p.m.   -  return to the dock, put our equipment away, and gentle stretching
