u14 Winter training

The off-season program focuses on overall strength and fitness. This program is a great way to get into paddling shape before the summer racing months. 

Schedule and Member Price

• Winter Training is from December 2, 2024 - April 30, 2025 (22 weeks)
• $300 for 3 sessions per week (about $4.54 per session)
• $200 for 2 sessions per week (about $4.54 per session)
• $100 for 1 session per week (about $4.54 per session)
• Financial assistance is available.  Contact registrar@sncc.ca with your questions.
• Choose from a variety of locations, dates, and times.

Sign up for your own membership at Crunch Fitness at 300 Lincoln Street, Welland.  New pricing as of November 7, 2024: $8.99/month plus an annual fee of $67.

exceptions to the schedule 

• No practices December 23, 2024 to January 3, 2025 (Christmas and New Years break).   
• No practice February 17, 2024 (Family Day).
• WIFC practices end on March 29, 2025.  
• No practice April 18, 2025 (Good Friday).
